About me
I am a qualified practising Acupuncturist having completed a three year degree level qualification accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB) in Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Academy where I achieved a First / Distinction.
I practice 5 Element Acupuncture which focuses on healing the entire mind, body and spirit of a person as a holistic approach not just a particular ailment or issue.
I myself have received acupuncture for 10+ years for various conditions including depression and fibromyalgia and would not be running my own business or have a wonderful family without having had treatment.
I enjoy treating all patient cases and put a huge amount of care and attention into each person. I have a particular interest and passion in supporting those facing any mental and emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, low mood, stress and grief/bereavement.
I am also qualified in Moxibustion, Cupping, and Gua-sha and use these additional tools in treatment as and when needed.
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council I adhere to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. British Acupuncture Council members are also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers, and is accountable to Parliament.
I am licensed by the local Council and I hold full medical malpractice and public/products liability insurance cover. Emma’s 5 Element Acupuncture is located in Market Harborough; which is 15 minutes from Kettering and Corby and 30 minutes from Northampton.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur 50% charge of the appointment fee.
All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full appointment fee; this includes no-shows.
